Give your children a birthday party they’ll remember long after the cake is gone at the Melbourne Zoo. Our kids birthday party packages include food, drinks and in room activities within a magical setting, designed to keep the kids entertained over the course of the party.
Kids birthday parties can be hosted in one of our garden pavilions or private function spaces, with the option to upgrade to the Digest Ed Room – complete with its own Lions Den viewing window. Whether they’re turning two or twelve, a kids birthday party at the Zoo promises a vibrant, hands-on way to mark the moment.
A birthday spent face to face with their favourite animals is something most kids won’t forget. Every party booking includes access to Melbourne Zoo’s regular exhibits and entertainment. You can also chat with our team about adding special animal experiences to bring even more wonder to the day.
Our packages include everything from activities to food and drinks, with optional extras like lolly cups and adult catering available. Parties are ideal for 10 to 30 children aged between three and eleven, and run from either 10am–12pm or 1pm–3pm.
