Bong Su ROOM
Book a Conference for more than 30 guests in the months of October, November or December 2025 and receive a complimentary 20 minute Ranger talk covering one of the amazing inhabitants of the new Forest of Wonders.
Conference Packages include:

- Morning Tea and/or Afternoon Tea
- Gourmet Sandwich Lunch, Juice
- Complimentary access to Zoo trails during break

Elephant Trail
See roaming elephants like you’ve never seen them before in the enormous 21-hectare habitat at the Werribee Open Range Zoo. The Grevillea and Tree Fern Shelters along this trail are the perfect space for you to stop, relax and enjoy a light lunch with family and friends before exploring the whole precinct.
Shelter Light Lunch Package – 3 Hours
Minimum 20 guests | $85.00 per person
Includes:
- Chefs selection of gourmet sandwiches, two salads
- 2 soft drinks or juice per person

DINOSAUR KIDS PARTIES
A Roarsome Celebration for Young Explorers
For a limited time only, our dinosaur-themed party upgrade creates a fun and memorable experience for your kid’s birthday, combining great food, dinosaur theming, and an unforgettable opportunity to roam with the dinosaurs along their own trail.
When: 3rd April to 13th July
What: Complimentary upgrade from usual party package to Dino Party package (that’s right, it’s no extra cost)
The special part is it includes an optional upgrade from the usual kids party food to a warm Dino Kids Munch box! (all guests must have the same item, it is not mix and match)

Sunset zoo do
Celebrate an evening at Melbourne Zoo with exclusive hire for a memorable wild life experience in the heart of the city.
Your guests can explore Melbourne Zoo at their leisure: seeing what our animals get up to “after hours”, hearing from our keepers and meandering through our treasured gardens. As the sun begins to set, come together on the spacious lawns for an evening of food, drink and entertainment, accompanied by the sounds of wildlife and music.

- Exclusive hire of Melbourne Zoo from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
