A corporate family day at Melbourne or Weribee Open Range Zoo is the perfect way to thank your staff for a successful year.
Book a venue as a relaxing space for your guests to enjoy a BBQ lunch in the heart of the zoo. Celebrate at one of these iconic locations with family friendly activities such as face painting, entertainment and games!

Bong Su ROOM
Book a Conference for more than 30 guests in the months of October, November or December 2025 and receive a complimentary 20 minute Ranger talk covering one of the amazing inhabitants of the new Forest of Wonders.
Conference Packages include:
- Arrival Tea and Coffee
- Morning Tea and/or Afternoon Tea
- Gourmet Sandwich Lunch, Juice
- Complimentary access to Zoo trails during break

Elephant Trail
See roaming elephants like you’ve never seen them before in the enormous 21-hectare habitat at the Werribee Open Range Zoo. The Grevillea and Tree Fern Shelters along this trail are the perfect space for you to stop, relax and enjoy a light lunch with family and friends before exploring the whole precinct.

400 gradi at the zoo
This summer, we’re welcoming 400 Gradi to Lakeside Cafe. We’re creating a vibrant dining destination that brings their famous pizzas, handcrafted fresh pastas and tiramisu together with our “Coffee for Wildlife” barista coffee right to the heart of the zoo.
It’s a true collaboration—combining Gradi’s well-known signature dishes with our unique Lakeside setting and, for the adults, we’ll be serving refreshing Aperol spritzes to complete the perfect summer visit. Hurry ends January 31.
Sunset zoo do
Celebrate an evening at Melbourne Zoo with exclusive hire for a memorable wild life experience in the heart of the city.
Your guests can explore Melbourne Zoo at their leisure: seeing what our animals get up to “after hours”, hearing from our keepers and meandering through our treasured gardens. As the sun begins to set, come together on the spacious lawns for an evening of food, drink and entertainment, accompanied by the sounds of wildlife and music.
Make your next corporate event a one-of-a-kind experience with a Sunset Zoo Do.

- Exclusive hire of Melbourne Zoo from 5:30pm to 9:30pm
- Animal viewing until 7pm
- Up to three scheduled keeper talks
- Unlimited carousel rides from 5:30pm to 7:30pm
- Two airbrush tattooists from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
- Customised zoo map highlighting keeper talks and entertainment

Our food and beverage options are perfect for Zoo Do’s and can be tailored to suit your budget. The casual BBQ package is designed for large groupd and dietary requirements, and we can also include flairy floss, popcorn and ice cream carts to ensure everyone is catered for.
